Travis Barker recruits some of his favorite rappers for a pretty dope track. Here’s him, Paul Wall (welcome back), Yelawolf, and Hopsin for “Cuz I’m Famous”.
Now whoever is saying that rappers don’t like to give back is dead wrong. Drake is always looking out for the kids and inspiring them to chase their dreams. This time we’ve got him in Philly building a recording studio for local high school students. Always good to see someone who’s made it give back to the community. As you can tell from their reaction, the students love it.
The Grammys are taking a pretty cool approach this year with this marketing campaign. The “Music Unleashes Us” campaign shows a bunch of different ways music inspires us, but in a funny way. For this first commercial they show what it can do to us at the gym. As you can see not everyone around the guy is too happy with his behavior. Check it out below.
Tyga brings out all the jewelry he owns for the cover of this one. If you’ve followed his career closely, these “Well Done” mix tapes are always pretty dope. Here’s the 4th installment.
Whoever produced this beat is an absolute genius. Bieber made a great decision by recruiting young up-n-comer Chance the Rapper. He’s been killing it lately and is getting a lot of feature requests. This might be his biggest one into the pop world. Bieber’s fan base is ridiculous when you hop on a song with him. Here’s “Confident”.
Whoa… that felt cool. Both Macklemore and Jay Z in the same title referring to Grammy nominations. We can’t make this stuff up. Jay Z is nominated for nine and Macklemore for seven. Sounds like they’ll both be taking home some hardware for sure. Congratulations to the both of them.
Wanna know why Drake didn’t attend the Grammy nomination event? Well that’s because he loved Seattle so much that he had to stay and hang out. One of the most publicized events was him hanging out with the Seahawks and giving out “lots of hugs”. Always good to see artists of his caliber give love back to the city. Enjoy more pics below.
It seems like 2 Chainz is always on ESPN is some form these days. This time we’ve got him on SportsNation talking about the NBA, best players, and much more. Check out all the interviews below.
It’s dope to see Childish Gambino doing things a little different than most rappers. Instead of just dropping one video we get two today! Here’s both “3005″ and “The Worst Guys”.
It sounds like Kendrick Lamar and Dr. Dre have been in the lap cooking up some serious heat. We only get a snippet of this new track in the commercial, but can’t wait to create the rest. Definitely an awesome campaign and if that would be dope if that was an actual studio.
