JetBlue really stepped their game up recently and will be offering free in-flight wifi access starting in 2013. The best part is that it won’t cost you extra. Expect this to start the first quarter of 2013 when they roll out their first 30 planes.

Magic Johnson & Rihanna Vacation Together on Luxury Yacht
Never thought we’d see these two hanging out. Rihanna just recently embarked on a lengthy luxury yacht vacation after the passing of her grandmother. She’s been instagramming pretty much every move she makes and was recently spotted hanging out with Magic Johnson also as you can see in the pics above and below. Looks like she’s having the time of her life, must be nice to get away from all the media for a while.

Trendsetters: Virgin Atlantic Airlines to Allow In-Flight Cell Phone Use
This really comes as no surprise to me. Virgin Air seems to be beyond the cutting edge when it comes to travel and comfort, and really have been paving the way for a new era in air travel. Following in Emirates Airlines, Virgin Atlantic has now added a service that will allow flyers to use their cellular phone during the flight. Right now it’s only limited to 6 passengers at a time, but it’s still a wonderful idea.
The calls are only to be made during “exceptional situations” as the airlines still want flights to be as comfortable as possible, and no one wants someone jabbering in their ear all way from London to New York. Hopefully Virgin America implements this service too, as right now only the Europe arm of the company will have this available.

Rich Kids Encourages You to Contribute to Joshua Wright Memorial Fund
Earlier this week, we learned about the loss of a good friend of ours, and fellow Rich Kids Brand representer, Joshua Wright. More popularly known as @YungJericho, Joshua was an aspiring publicist and liason to various celebrities through his social media outlets. Aside from his great work in media, Joshua was an all around great young man. Very humble, incredibly thoughtful, and most importantly, he was enthusiastic and uplifting to everyone he interacted with.
We were introduced to Joshua through twitter, and he went on to connect us with multiple celebrities that we still do business with today. We’ll miss him dearly, as I’m certain many others will as well. Joshua’s memory will live on through the spirit of Rich Kids Brand, and the love he’s given to and received from all of his family, friends, and colleagues. Joshua’s brother Desmond has created a memorial on Joshua’s behalf to help with costs to see Joshua properly rested and cover final medical expenses. You’re welcome to spread the word if you can’t give, and if you can give, please consider doing what you can to help a young man who was so selfless in his endeavors.

Fishermen in Pakistan Catch 15,000 Pound Whale Shark
Not very often that you put your rod in the water and a fish of this size latches onto the hook. Fisherman in Pakistan have reportedly caught a whale shark that is 36 feet in length and weighs around 15,000 pounds. Pretty incredible.
