Days after Anderson Cooper announced that he is gay, Odd Future R&B singer Frank Ocean comes out and says that he too is gay after confessing to a relationship with a man. This is a very difficult thing to do especially in the industry that he is in, but in the end that all doesn’t matter because it’s all about the music and his music is great.
“4 summers ago, I met somebody,” he wrote. “I was 19 years old. He was too. We spent that summer, and the summer after, together.
“By the time I realized I was in love, it was malignant. It was hopeless. There was no escaping, no negotiating with the feeling. No choice. It was my first love, it changed my life.”
