Google to blacklist file sharing sites in preparation for Google Music app

Unless you’ve been living under a rock(No Geico), then I’m sure you’ve heard the announcement about Google creating a music sharing and downloading service the likes of Spotify, Rhapsody, iTunes, etc. etc. They hope this service is used in conjunction with the graces and go-aheads of the recording industry, and for that reason they’ve begun a campaign to deter file sharing via Google. If you remember before, your auto search would generally finish your query with “rapidshare,” “mediafire,” or “hulkshare” to name a few. Well this has now been done away with, and they’ve stopped linking all of those sites as a whole. Way to get on the good side of the industry. It’s google though, if anyone can do it they can.
