Nike sells Umbro affiliate to Iconix Brand Group for $225 Million

A big brand transaction went down today. Nike has officially announced that they reached an agreement to sell affiliate Umbro to Iconix Brand Group, Inc. for $225 million USD with the deal expected to be complete by the end of 2012. Click HERE for more info.
