Lupe Fiasco drops American Terrorist Pt. 2 after Twitter Situation with Chief Keef

Between the kickoff of the NFL season, the Democratic National Attention, and the Chief Keef situation, Twitter was going nuts on Wednesday. From the Chief Keef situation came an even more interesting scenario, with Chief Keef saying his going to “smack up” Lupe Fiasco. Lupe then responding in a firestorm or intervention and disappointment tweets directed at Keef and the way the youth of his generation, specifically in Chicago, were headed.

This is just one excerpt from the many tweets of Lupe last night.

He alluded to retiring after this album, stating that he can no longer go on in this industry. He then sent a YouSendIt track to the LUPEnd Blog, thanking them for all of their work up to this point. This is the long awaited American Terrorist Pt. 2, which you can listen to below. He says the track is unfinished, but it still sounds pretty dope from our perspective. This track will be on Lupe’s upcoming album, Food and Liquor 2. Will Lupe retire? We sure hope not!

Police looking through Chief Keef’s Tweets in Murder Case

Chicago rapper JoJo was gunned down a few days ago and according to the Sun Times, the murder could be connected to rapper Chief Keef. The police has gone as far as looking into Chief Keef’s Twitter account for evidence. After JoJo was murdered Chief Keef tweeted “Its Sad Cuz Dat Nigga Jojo Wanted To Be Jus Like Us #LMAO”, but then said that his Twitter account got hacked. This could mean some big trouble for the up-n-coming rapper if he’s is actually connected to the murder. We will keep you updated. Click HERE for more info.

Chicago Bulls win Game w/ Buzzer Beater from Luol Deng

Not sure if you’ve heard, but the Chicago Bulls just won their game against the Toronto Raptors in amazing fashion. Luol Deng caught the ball under the basket and put it back in before the buzzer sounded winning the game 102-101. Apparently that’s just how the drew it up, probably not though. Here’s the video.
