Denim/Apparel/Fist-Pump-Attire giant True Religion recently reached an agreement with TowerBook Capital Partners to sell the company for $835 Million, which is more than $100 million higher than the estimated value of the company last year when it was first put up for sale. TowerBook has also invested in several other large scale apparel companies, namely Jimmy Choo. Although I’m not a huge fan of True Religion gear, I gotta respect the hustle.

What a great way to start off the NBA playoffs. Jay-Z was spotted at the Nets/Bulls game tonight rockin one of our “Hooligans” crewneck sweatshirts. This isn’t the first time Hov has worn the brand, he was also spotted earlier in the season wearing another “Hooligans” crew at a Nets/Cavaliers game. Seattle’s favorite party is coming back! The Seattle neighborhood of Capitol Hill celebrates it’s yearly block party once again this year in late July, with so many great bands and artists. This year’s lineup has not been fully announced yet, but this first list is already stacked.
