As you may already know, team USA is training for the Olympics and while practicing Blake Griffin threw down a couple of very impressive dunks. Here they are..
As you may already know, New York Knicks point guard Baron Davis suffered a career ending injury the other day by pretty much tearing every ligament in his knee. He is expected to be out for at least a year after an MRI scan today. Baron Davis has been an important factor for the Knicks recently after Jeremy Lin also suffered a knee injury. Here’s some highlights from when Baron Davis used to get up there and bang out just to remember the dude in case he’s actually done.
So I’m not really concerned with providing statistics or anything for this game, all I know is that Pau Gasol shouldn’t show his face in public for a while. Blake Griffin put in work. Here’s the crime scene via YouTube.
Even though Shawn Kemp thinks Blake Griffin is a great player to watch, he isn’t all that impressed with the way he throws it down. Kemp said his dunks were much stronger back in the day and he actually pulled the rim down. Here’s the entire interview.

The title of this post comes from what the announcers had to say after Blake Griffin threw down a monstrous dunk on Jakim Noah. Upfake and straight to the hoop for a two hander.
I remember watching Micah Downs play out of Kirkland, WA when still in high school and now he’s doing pretty big things overseas. He at first was a Kansas Jayhawk and then transferred to Gonzaga University where he graduated. Now Downs plays for Assignia Manresa which is part of Liga ACB overseas. If you’ve been wondering the same thing as me, these are the type of plays the man is throwing down now a days.
