Oklahoma City Thunder Advance to NBA Finals

It’s official. The Oklahoma City Thunder are the Western Conference Champions. Down 15 points at the end of the 1st half of tonight’s game 6, the Oklahoma Thunder rallied back in the 2nd half to win their 4th game in a row against the San Antonio Spurs. Kevin Durant had 34 in tonight’s victory and was key in the comeback. This will be the first time the Oklahoma City Thunder will advance to the finals since leaving the city of Seattle back in 2008. The first time back for the franchise since the incredible run by Gary Payton and Shawn Kemp back in the 90s.

Durant Clutch in Game Winning Shot for OKC in Game 2

Durant hit’s a floater/leaner with 18 seconds to go in Game 2 of the NBA Semifinal matchup agains the Los Angeles Lakers. With Durant’s shot, the Oklahoma City Thunder go up in the series 2-0. The series could be over as early as Saturday, as the two teams head back to the City of Angels for back-to-back games on Friday and Saturday.

Just got done at the gym and when I came home one of my buddies was watching this highlight tape. Pretty much the best game I have seen this Summer. Lebron is dunkin’ like he’s in Akron again. Here it is.

Kevin Durant back at it with 41 Points

I see what Kevin Durant is doing. The NBA isn’t going on so this is the only way he can stay warm before the season kicks back in. I haven’t seen this much footage of pros playing in small city tournaments ever. I like seeing players getting out there though and still playing the game they love, shows that they’re not TOO in it for the money. This was at he Nike Pro City Tournament in NY, KD had 41 points. Here’s the highlights.
