Opening Day Kicks: Lebron x Wade x Allen

Not only did the NBA season start yesterday, but so did spotting some of the cleanest kicks in the game. So for this one we’re going to do Ray Allen, Lebron James, and D. Wade.

Lebron was wearing some of his 10′s obviously, but the gold colorway was what made these notable.

Ray Allen was up next wearing some Air Jordan XVI “Gold” PE’s. Another great sneaker.

D. Wade wore his very talked about Li-Ning sneakers. These actually aren’t that bad and kind of look like the Lebrons. Li-Ning did a great job with the design.

Miami Heat defeat Boston Celtics to Advance to NBA Finals

It’s official. The Miami Heat have defeated the Boston Celtics and will now face the Oklahoma City Thunder in the NBA Finals. Beginning this Tuesday, the big 3 of Miami matchup against Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook, James Harden and crew in what looks to be another great finals series for the NBA. Tonight the heat defeated a veteran Celtics team, with Chris Bosh returning in prime fashion, knocking down 3 3-pointers and dropping 19, to add to Lebron’s 31 points. Dwayne Wade came on late in the game to take his point total up to 23 points.

Rounding out the series in 7 games, this is the first game 7 win for Lebron in his playoff career, and also his first time beating Boston in a game 7. The NBA Finals begin Tuesday.

Lebron James with 31, Dwayne Wade with 23, and Chris Bosh with 19. The big three scored the final 31 points for the Miami Heat.

The Miami Heat Demolish the Pacers

Personally I’m a huge Lebron fan so no offense to all the Lebron-haters out there but dude puts in work when it comes down to it, that’s exactly what he did tonight. The final score was Miami Heat winning 115 to 85 and Lebron James walked away with 30 points, 10 rebounds, and 8 assists (MVP Numbers and almost a triple-double). Paul George was the standout for the Pacers with 11 points (not so great). Dwayne Wade also added 28 points and Shane Battier had 13. The Heat now lead the series 3-2 and look to finish off the Pacers very soon. For more info and video recap click HERE.

Highlights from the Heat Game

Here’s some highlights from the Miami Heat vs. Orlando Magic game. Lebron ended up with 25 points, 11 rebounds, and 8 assists. Orlando’s top performer was Dwight Howard with 12 points and 15 rebounds. Heat won 90-78 and are currently 25-7 in the league.

Greg Oden to the Miami Heat?

According to a number of NBA insiders the Heat are looking for a new center and Greg Oden might just be the man for the job. Kwame Brown, Samual Dalembert and Nene are also on the list of possible new centers for the Heat but are either too expensive or will most likely re-sign with their original teams. Oden is the best choice for the Heat and is looking to revamp his career in the NBA. Who wouldn’t want to play alongside two of the best players in the league? We’ll see how this develops and keep you updated.

Too Many Dunks to Count: Lebron, D-Wade, Durant, Wall and Many More

The title says it all, so many guys kill it in this video. My personal favorite would have to be all the stuff John Wall pulled off. Lebron’s head was at the rim every time too. Looking forward to more of these highlights from the actual season, enough with this small side league stuff.

Nike Lebron 9

So glad to see that even though there’s a lockout going on my favorite player is still putting out kicks. Here’s a nice little description of the shoe according to uncrate.com.

“The Nike LeBron 9 ($TBA) is, as the name suggests, the ninth edition of King James’ sneaker, and boasts integrated Flywire technology for a secure fit, Hyperfuse construction — a first for a Nike basketball shoe — to create a one-piece upper that’s as lightweight as possible while offering maximum protection. The LeBron 9 also has Nike Pro Combat-inspired padding in the inner collar, and a combination of Max Air 180 and Nike Zoom cushioning for comfort and responsiveness. It drops next month in a limited edition “Cannon” colorway and on NikeiD.com, so you can create your own “Three Quarters and a Bag of Tears” version.”_uncrate.com

NBA Lockout Coming Soon

Well according to all the real time results on Twitter, the NBA will be in a lock out also. So since the NFL can’t figure their stuff out, and now the NBA, are we going to have any more cool sports to watch. I mean I’m down to go to the occasional Mariners game around here, but come on… I need some real highlights. Hopefully the NBA can figure things out before the season starts, I feel bad for all the rookies too. Let them Play! For more information on the lockout click here.

Dwayne Wade Spotted in Dsquared2 Jeans and YSL Rolling Sneakers

While at a fashion show in Milan, Dwayne Wade was also showing off his fashion game. Being known as one of the best dressed men in the NBA he had to show these fashion icons what he’s all about. Here you can see D-Wade rockin’ a pair of Dsquared2 jeans which go for $495 along with some YSL Rolling sneakers which cost $410. Pretty well put together outfit if you ask me.
