Even though Waka is set on retiring next year, he’s still got some new music coming out. Waka usually isn’t my favorite rapper but this song goes hard. Here it is “Swish”.
Well he didn’t want to be a rapper first off, he just wanted to be heard in the streets. With songs like ” Oh Let’s Do it” and “Hard In The Paint” Waka has made a huge impact on the music industry. It looks like now, according to his Twitter, Waka is fed up and might be quitting the bizz after this year. Hard to say how much more of this man we will hear but those songs listed above go hard. Like I said before, he never planned on being a rapper so once he got a taste of what the game is all about it doesn’t surprise me that he wants out.
Have you ever been to a Waka show? It’s pretty much just him screaming his name and waving his dreads, not much to it. “No Hands” was my sh*t though so maybe he can drop some more hits like that. Here’s the Tweet, let’s see how the controversy unfolds.
I have to add that in the office when some Waka or Gucci comes on we go H.A.M., straight up. Oh and he means QUIT when he says “QUITE”.
We bump Waka a lot in the office, not because he’s a great rapper or anything… but what he says is too funny no to listen to. Looks like he’s been gettin’ his paper up with them pink diamonds too. Here he’s spotted at Summer Jam wearing a Marc Jacobs sleeveless hoodie which retails for $178, a Louis V Damier Azur belt ($460), and a Lacoste V-neck logo T for $40.
FLOCKA! I had to post this remix after hearing it this weekend. We heard it in the office first, and since we just moved in, we haven’t went to go buy any speakers yet..so I went home and downloaded it, then plugged into my surround sound…..AND BLEW THE BLOCK UP! Marty Party’s remix takes elements of hip-hop and dubstep and infuses them perfectly, from there the greatness that is Flocka Flame takes over, and VOILA, a masterpiece! Take a Listen.
