Apple stores in China have temporarily stopped selling the iPhone 4s to protect employees. The release of this phone in China was scheduled for January 13th but had to be pushed back because of gangs and radical groups going crazy over the phone. The iPhone you see above and below is a mockup for a design inspired by Steve Jobs, it would be called the iPhone SJ. The phone was designed by Antonio De Rosa with all glass capacitive screen on a polycarbonate lightweight body. It would also have a new core with A6 dual core processor and a new 10Mpx camera. Unlikely to actually happen but I do believe this would be a great idea, the man thought of everything.
AT&T has decided to drop their attempt in acquiring T-Mobile USA as part of their own. This is what AT&T had to say about the drop and the FFC.
“The actions by the Federal Communications Commission and the Department of Justice to block this transaction do not change the realities of the U.S. wireless industry. It is one of the most fiercely competitive industries in the world, with a mounting need for more spectrum that has not diminished and must be addressed immediately. The AT&T and T-Mobile USA combination would have offered an interim solution to this spectrum shortage. In the absence of such steps, customers will be harmed and needed investment will be stifled.”

So I’m sure everyone was anticipating the release of the new iPhone 5 today right? Well same here. I was thinking that the newest phone from the iPhone line would have a 5 coming after it, but nope…it’s just a one letter addition…. “S”. The new model is called the iPhone 4S and has a lot of newer and better features, but it is still not the 5 that everyone anticipated.
