Ciroc isn’t the only thing Diddy’s been drinking lately. Just today him and Mark Wahlberg have partnered up with fitness water brand AQUAhydrate. Best part about the deal is that the two will be working with former Fiji Water CEO John Cochran, not a bad person to get into business with. Here’s what both Mark Wahlberg and Diddy had to say…
Mark:
“This is a truly innovative company, and I’m thrilled to be part of it. We all strive to do the best we can for our bodies but sometimes schedules, stress and other factors get in the way. AQUAhydrate helps me achieve the balance my body needs, no matter what. I enjoy being involved in every aspect of the AQUAhydrate brand and I’m looking forward to a very successful partnership.”
Diddy:
“As a brand architect, I am incredibly passionate and equally committed to every aspect of the businesses that I get involved with. Partnering with AQUAhydrate and Mark is an incredible opportunity for me and I am looking forward to making history in the process. It’s important for me to be part of something that drives me and is constantly pushing the boundaries, and that’s what AQUAhydrate does. Together, we’re going to take AQUAhydrate to the next level.”
A lot of people weren’t expecting this move to go down since Ray Allen is losing a lot of potential money, but is happened anyways. Ray Allen will now be playing for the Miami Heat with D. Wade, Lebron James, and Chris Bosh. If you ever needed ANOTHER man to kick out to for a 3-pointer, this is the guy. Sure Mike Miller had some good games in the playoffs, but Ray Allen just doesn’t seem to miss ever. This will most likely be a very good fit for Allen and Lebron James seems to think the same. If they move the ball around enough and focus all attention on Lebron as always, Allen will be there to hit that clutch jumper. Very good decision by Ray Allen joining a championship team and going for the gold. It is guaranteed that Ray Allen will be the first one to practice and games hours before they start as he has been with all his teams.
Whoa, big news coming out today. Facebook has officially announced that it will be acquiring Instagram for $1 billion. Last week when Instagram announced their app for Android phones they saw 1 million users join in just 12 hours. The most amazing part is that this startup company only has 13 employees, that’s going to be a nice check to split up. It’s going to be interesting to see how Facebook takes this app and blows it up. This is Facebook’s largest purchase thus far so hopefully it all works out. In my opinion I would have kept growing since Instagram is such a fun app, but a $1 Billion check would be tough to turn down. Instagram was also valued at $500 million last week by investors, shows how much they know. Come up!
Meet Rick. He’s travelled to 11 different countries with a couple of his buddies, and recorded over a terabyte of footage to bring to us 3 videos that aren’t even 5 minutes long collectively…AND THEY ARE INCREDIBLE! Check out this series of short films he has created that are taking the web by storm, and also inspiring me to do something similar(once I have the budget to do so).
