The Norway police force had to issue an actual state of emergency when Justin Bieber came through to perform there last night. These girls completely lose their minds when he comes into town and this time dozens of them got seriously injured from being trampled of from internal combustion, either one. To be exact, 49 girls were injured and 14 had to be taken to the hospital as the mayhem ensued.
