The 85th Academy Awards will be broadcast live on Oscar® Sunday, February 24, on the ABC Television Network.”
“(CNN) — Michael Clarke Duncan, nominated for an Academy Award for his role in the 1999 film “The Green Mile,” died Monday morning at age 54, according to a representative for his family.Duncan “suffered a myocardial infarction on July 13 and never fully recovered,” a written statement from Joy Fehily said. Clarke died at a Los Angeles hospital where he had been since having the heart attack more than seven weeks ago.”

Seems like every entertainment news channel is talking about Angelina Jolie’s leg at the Oscars. Apparently her leg got photoshopped into a bunch of pictures online after the Oscars and even has its own Twitter account. So there’s been a lot of talk online today about a wardrobe malfunction that J-Lo experienced yesterday during the Oscars. According to her stylist there was no “nip-slip” and it was just extra fabric. Here’s her actual statement.
“The Oscar dress was custom-made for Jennifer by designer Zuhair Murad. The dress fit perfectly to her every inch,” Haenn explained. “There were cups built in and there’s no chance that there were any how do you say? ‘Slips.’ While the dress did give the illusion of sheerness, jokes on everyone who wishes they saw something!”
Sasha Cohen was in town at the Oscars promoting his movie “The Dictator” and while being interviewed by Ryan Seacrest decided to spill some ashes on his tuxedo. Doesn’t look like Seacrest thought it was very funny. Here’s the video of the incident.
Looks like Diddy can’t stop winning. He recently signed a bunch of new artists to his label and now jumped on board as the executive producer of “Undefeated”. That alone puts Diddy up for an Academy award which is a pretty awesome move.
