“After 11 failed bids for freedom, notorious killer Charles Manson, now 77, is up for parole later this month. The parole board rejected his bid in 2007, saying Manson [For the record, 9:42 a.m. April 5: An earlier version of this post incorrectly gave the killer's last name as Mason.] ”continues to pose an unreasonable danger to others and may still bring harm to anyone he would come in contact with.”Manson refused to participate in that hearing, describing himself as a “prisoner of the political system.” He also declined to participate in any psychological evaluations in 2007.”_ Source

I’m a huge nerd at heart, so this modernized nod to vintage film noir from Montblanc pleases me very much. There will only be 3080 of these pieces available of these guys, so be on the lookout, this is a great desk piece for the office. I’ll be looking to snag a couple.
“Created to celebrate the work of the legendary director, the pens are limited to just 3000 and 80 examples, and feature details like textured lacquer in the cap and barrel that recalls the stairway scene from Vertigo, a knife-shaped clip in a nod to Psycho, Hitchcock’s iconic self-portrait sketch on the tip, and 53 hatch marks on the cone in honor of every film he directed.”
Let’s hope Montblanc keeps it coming with some sort of timepiece added to this series.
