Jay-Z releasing “Live in Brooklyn” EP

This has to be some of the greatest news ever for hip-hop. Jay-Z has put out live albums before and they always do very well. This time he’s releasing a “Live in Brooklyn” EP which was recorded during his 8 performances at the Barclays center in New York. Here’s the news…

To commemorate the closing night of his historic sold-out 8 (eight) show run opening Brooklyn’s Barclays Center, JAY Z is releasing “LIVE IN BROOKLYN,” a live 8 (eight) song audio /visual optic EP. “LIVE IN BROOKLYN,” filmed and recorded during the Saturday, October 6th concert will be available Tuesday, October 9, 2012 exclusively on iTunes.

Paranormal Activity 4 Confirmed by Paramount

Time to get really scared again. Paramount just confirmed that there will be a 4th “Paranormal Activity” coming out this year. The movie franchise has grossed over $572 million on a very low-budget so why not make another? Look for the 4th movie to come out a week before Halloween like all the others.

Odd Future Releasing New Album

Since Odd Future has signed to Sony Red, they haven’t put out any albums yet under that label. Well now it’s their time to shine and on December 20th Odd Future will be releasing their first album titled “Purple Naked Ladies”. First they will sell digitally and the physical copy will come out January 12th. Here’s the tracklist below.

Chris Brown Starring in New Romantic Comedy

Well there ya have it again, the haters can stop hating about all that Rihanna stuff. Chris Brown is set to star in an upcoming romantic comedy titled Think Like A Man. The movie is about a group of friends that run into some trouble when women they’re interested in pick up Steve Harvey’s book “Think Like a Man” and take it to heart. The movie also stars Kevin Hart, Michael Ealy, Jerry Ferrara, Gabrielle Union, Regina Hall and Lala Vasquez. Pretty great cast if you ask me, should be a good one.
