What in the world is going on today?! Right after we got news about the Connecticut shooting, apparently a man in China has stabbed 22 children at a Primary School. Two people Stabbed over Jordan 7 Release in Pennsylvania
Looks like another Jordan release has left two people stabbed in Pennsylvania while waiting in line for the shoes. The suspect is pictured above and his name is Carlos Mejia. The shoes they were anticipating buying were the “Olympic” Jordan 7′s which were released yesterday. Incidents like this really shine a light on how ugly American consumerism can be when it comes to putting way too much value into tangible objects. Mariners Outfielder Greg Halman Dies after Stabbing In Netherlands
I’m sure as loyal Mariners fans a lot of you have heard this tragic news already but according to The Los Angeles Times Greg Halman was found dead in his Netherlands home earlier today. Halman was found bleeding from stab wounds after police were called to his home in Rotterdam, officers and paramedics were not able to save him. Halman’s 22 year old brother was taken into custody as a suspect. The Mariners are yet to release a statement, stay tuned as this news develops.
“Halman hit .230 with two home runs in 35 games and 87 at-bats in 2011, starting at all three outfield positions for the Mariners in 2011 before being optioned to triple-A Tacoma. He also played nine games for the Mariners in 2010 for a total of 44 career big-league games.” _ Los Angeles Times.
NFL PLayer Jason Hunter Stabbed by Girlfriend
Man I knew this lockout would be bad for all the players, off the field. Apparently Jason Hunter was arguing with his girlfriend about a bag of cell phones she found which then turned into her throwing a knife at him. She then took him to the ER because she did not intend on the knife actually stabbing him. When they arrived to the ER Jason Hunter pointed out to the police what happened and she was then arrested. Hunter should be fine and this won’t affect his football career but he might want to move on to a new girl that doesn’t like throwing knives.
