One of the most over-hyped quarterbacks in NFL history has finally been released by the Jets, this just in 4 hours ago. Head coach Rex Ryan had this to say about the situation.
“Unfortunately, things did not work out the way we all had hoped. Tim is an extremely hard worker, evident by the shape he came back in this offseason. We wish him the best moving forward.”

Looks like the candidate you wanted to win the race wasn’t the only one being voted for in this election. Apparently people actually took the time out of their day to go and vote for Tim Tebow for president. Hopefully this doesn’t give him any crazy ideas once his football career is over. Tim Tebow took a photo (above) backstage with the ladies of the Broadway show “Rock of Ages” and after it was published on Twitter by one of the cast members he asked her to take it down. Okay things are starting to get really ridiculous in the world we live in. AshleyMadison.com is a website that encourages spouses to go out and cheat on each other. That same website is now offering women $1 Million to come forward and say if they have slept with Tim Tebow. Not sure what they’re going for here but some lady might get really rich soon. As you may already know, Nike is taking over NFL uniforms soon and they seem to have a little problem with Reebok releasing Tim Tebow’s Jets jersey for all to buy.
“We have filed a complaint relating to unauthorized use of Tim Tebow’s name on New York Jets related apparel,” Nike said in a statement released earlier today. “Nike is authorized and licensed to use Tim Tebow’s name on products. We have no further comment at this stage.” – Source
The New York Jets have finally finalized some moves and picked up Tim Tebow for a draft pick today. The Jets will send a fourth round pick to the Broncos according to ESPN resources. For more information on the trade click here.
