Lil’ Wayne wears Snowboard Boots to Lakers Game

Not sure what Weezy has been doing with his style lately but I kind of like it. Just when everyone is doing the same thing Lil’ Wayne always goes out and looks to set trends. He was spotted at the Lakers game with Kanye West yesterday rockin’ a pair of Vans Snowboard boots. The exact boots he was wearing were the “Celtek x Vans” boots and more information can be found on them here, they run for $170.

This is Lil’ Wayne (duh) speaking about each sports category that he feels is important these days He covers the NBA, NFL, College Basketball, College Football, Skateboarding and much more. Always been known as a huge Packers fan so that green and yellow is all over the place. Lots of YMCMB skate decks too.

Lil Wayne with a Public Service Announcement… Again.

I swear I’ve seen footage of Mack Maine talking to this kid before. Lil’ Wayne comes through with another public service announcement and this time it’s to introduce a new artist named Torion. He’s only 14 years old, can sing, and dances better than most. Here’s the video.

Drake x Lil’ Wayne NOT Putting out Collaborative Album

After lots of talk about when Drake and Lil’ Wayne will put out their collaborative album, the whole project has been scrapped. Apparently they don’t want to make it seem like they’re competing with anyone in the rap game. Here’s what Drake had to say about the whole project.

“Me and Wayne scrapped the idea of a collaboration album. We just agreed that it would be looked upon as…It would be sort of this competition [with Watch The Throne]. I feel like it would get caught in this whirlwind of hype. [Wayne] agreed. We just said, ‘If we do it, we’ll do it down the line. But right now is not the time.”

YMCMB in Hawaii (12 Min. Video)

The title is pretty self explanatory but while in Hawaii, the whole YMCMB crew joined up with Derick G to film this mini documentary. I guess it’s not really a documentary but pretty dope to see the lifestyle these guys live. Private Jets n’ all.

Lil’ Wayne releasing “Im Not A Human Being 2″ and “Rebirth 2″

Well it looks like going Platinum in the first week isn’t enough for Weezy. He’s currently in the studio working on not one, but two albums. Be on the lookout for sequels to both “I’m Not a Human Being” and “Rebirth”. Apparently he’s in “martian mode” now too, here’s what Mack Maine had to say about it.

“He’s, like, 12 songs in, and he went crazy. He went left. He’s in Martian land right now,” Mack said of I Am Not a Human Being 2. He captures all those different audiences, and then at a concert or a show, you bring all those different people together,” Mack explained. “You bring your Rebirth rock people, you bring your Carter people, and you bring your I Am Not a Human Being [crowd], and you have a great show. That’s why we sell out arenas every night.”_Mack Maine
